How do I wash my crochet items?
To keep your pieces looking new, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent. Lay the item flat on a towel to air dry. Avoid wringing or hanging, as this can stretch the stitches.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Ready-to-Ship items: Processed within 2–3 business days.
Made-to-Order items: These take time to hand-stitch! Currently, our turnaround time is one to two weeks plus shipping time.
